COMPOSITION AND CHARACTERISTICS OF AERIAL DISINFECTANT FUMISPORE HA:

Active substance: hydroxyacetic acid (glycolic acid).
White to eggshell-coloured smoke powder
‘Ultradiffusion’ technology: it generates dense and uniform smoke that can reach all areas of the environment, even the most inaccessible ones.
Fumispore HA is a registered medical and surgical device
It complies with legislation governing surface cleaning products that may come into contact with foodstuffs, products and beverages intended for human and animal consumption.
The formulation of FUMISPORE HA complies with Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of 18 December 2006 concerning the registration, evaluation and authorisation of chemicals (REACH)

The mixture is not considered to be hazardous to the environment in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008.

PRECAUTIONS FOR USE

Fumispore HA must be used with suitable personal protective equipment (check the product’s safety data sheet).

The product causes serious eye irritation (Eye irritation – Category 2).

Warning: always read the label and the information on it carefully to ensure the safe use of the Fumispore HA fumigant biocide.

Fumispore HA disinfectant fumigant is a disinfecting product used for the disinfection of the air and surfaces.

The fumigation treatment must only be carried out when there are no people, animals, plants or food in the environment. Simple disinfection: after lighting the can’s fuse, leave the product to act for a minimum of 4 hours (optimal after 15 hours) and, at the end, ventilate the room to renew 90% of the air (for 30 minutes to 1 hour).

To get the best results from Fumispore and ensure its effectiveness, you must:

Calculate the volume of the room to be disinfected in order to use the correct number of cans
Switch off ventilation systems
Disconnect photoelectric cells
Deactivate smoke detectors
Close off all exits from the room
Shut off any sources of flammable gases
Protect smoke-sensitive devices and analytical instruments fitted with sensors
Place the can(s) on heat-resistant supports and away from combustible materials
Open the capsule
Light the fuse
Leave the room
Leave the product to act for the specified time
Ventilate the room to renew 90 per cent of the air

Important: place signs at all entrances to the room indicating that entry into the treated areas is prohibited

With the aerial disinfectant Fumispore HA the environment will be disinfected in 4 stages:

Step 1: Spreading the active ingredient - the fumigant compounds spread the bactericidal and fungicidal active ingredient throughout the entire volume of the environment.

Phase 2: Aggregation - the particles of the fumigants incorporate the microorganisms in the air and on the surfaces of the environment into compact aggregates.

Step 3: Chemical destruction - during the first few hours of treatment, bacteria, fungi and yeasts are destroyed.

Step 4: Sedimentation – the aggregates slowly settle, sanitising the environment.
