Disinfectant Fumispore 1000 m³ - 2 pieces package

Fumigant Disinfectant That Eliminates Up to 99.99% of Bacterial and Microbial Load

Fumispore HA fumigant is an aerial disinfectant suitable for use in environments with volumes of up to 1,000 m³.

A dry fumigation treatment designed for environmental sanitization, effective in eliminating bacteria, fungi and yeasts.

KEY BENEFITS AND FEATURES

  • Effective against bacteria, yeasts and fungi.
  • No dedicated equipment is required, such as nebulizers, atomizers or vaporizers.
  • The formulation is designed to avoid the risk of surface corrosion.
  • Enables dry disinfection without the use of water, making it suitable for environments where water use is limited, not recommended or not feasible.
  • Particularly suitable for the food industry, including food-processing facilities, dairies and cheese-making plants, warehouses, cold rooms, silos, transportation areas and livestock facilities.
  • The active ingredient, hydroxyacetic acid (glycolic acid), is characterized by high biodegradability.
  • The technology ensures uniform, high-density distribution of the particles, allowing them to reach even the most difficult-to-access areas.
  • HALAL compliant.
  • Compliant with applicable European legislation governing biocidal products.
  • Medical-Surgical Device (Presidio Medico Chirurgico), registration no. 19949.

COMPOSITION AND CHARACTERISTICS OF THE FUMISPORE HA FUMIGANT BOMB

  • Active ingredient: hydroxyacetic acid (glycolic acid)
  • Appearance: smoke-generating powder ranging in colour from white to eggshell.
  • Technology used: “Ultradiffusion” technology, based on a slow, non-pyrotechnic combustion system that produces dense and uniform smoke.

Registration and Regulatory Compliance

Fumispore HA is a registered Medical-Surgical Device.

The product complies with current legislation concerning products intended for the cleaning of surfaces that may come into contact with foodstuffs, products and beverages intended for human and animal consumption.

The Fumispore HA formulation also complies with the requirements established by Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 of 18 December 2006 (REACH) concerning the registration, evaluation and authorisation of chemical substances.

Toxicological Data

According to the applicable classification, the mixture is not considered hazardous to the environment pursuant to Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008.

Handling Precautions

When handling the product, the personal protective equipment (PPE) specified in the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) must be used.

WARNING: Compliance with the instructions provided on the product label and in the official documentation is essential for the safe use of the Fumispore HA biocidal fumigant.

FUMISPORE HA FUMIGANT BOMB

The Fumispore HA fumigant bomb is ready to use and can be applied by non-specialized personnel, provided that the instructions for use are carefully followed.

The treatment must be carried out exclusively in areas free of people, animals, plants, due to the risk of phytotoxicity, and food products.

Environmental disinfection Procedure with Fumispore HA:

Before Starting

Determine the volume of the area to be treated in order to establish the required number of capsules.

Room Preparation

  • Switch off all ventilation systems operating in the room.
  • Disconnect the photoelectric cells.
  • Deactivate the smoke detectors.
  • Carefully close all doors, exits and other access points to the room.
  • Shut off or safely isolate any potential sources of flammable gas.
  • Properly protect smoke-sensitive equipment and analytical instruments equipped with sensors.

Positioning and Activation

  • Place the required capsules on suitable, heat-resistant supports, keeping them at a safe distance from combustible materials.
  • Open the capsule according to the specified instructions.
  • Light the fuse and immediately leave the room.
  • Clearly display a no-entry warning for the area undergoing fumigation.
  • Keep the room completely closed throughout the prescribed treatment period.

Contact Time

The biocidal action begins after 4 hours of contact time and reaches optimal conditions after 15 hours.

At the End of the Treatment

Thoroughly ventilate the room to achieve an air renewal rate of 90% of the atmosphere inside the treated area.

The indicative time required for air renewal is between 30 minutes and 1 hour.

Action of the Fumispore HA Fumigant Bomb

The bactericidal, yeasticidal and fungicidal activity of Fumispore HA develops progressively through a process consisting of four stages.

  1. Distribution throughout the environment: during fumigation, the active ingredient is released and uniformly dispersed through the air, allowing it to reach even areas that are difficult to treat using conventional systems.
  2. Interaction with microorganisms: the particles dispersed throughout the environment come into contact with the microorganisms, promoting their concentration and aggregation into compact structures.
  3. Biocidal action: in the hours following application, the active ingredient exerts its chemical action on microorganisms, contributing to their elimination, including bacteria, fungi and yeasts.
  4. Particle deposition: at the end of the process, the aggregates formed gradually settle, contributing to the treatment of the air.
